About the artist: GL Miller (Studio GL)
GL Miller founded Studio GL in 1997, bringing together a background in fine art, commercial design, photography and timepiece design. Originally from Tucson, Arizona, he settled with his family in Albuquerque in 1963 and studied commercial and fine arts at the University of Albuquerque and the University of New Mexico.
His contemporary jewelry draws on Southwest culture, Native American design and Western geometric patterns. Miller and his skilled team create colorful stone inlay designs in sterling silver and karat gold, combining fine gemstones with bold, unexpected forms.
