Sunrise Jewelry and Gallery (“Sunrise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website sunrisejewelryusa.com (the “Site”) and our retail store at 7254 E Main St, Scottsdale, Arizona 85251. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it — in plain English.

What We Collect

When You Place an Order

When you buy something from our Site, we collect the information needed to complete your purchase:

Your name, billing address, and shipping address
Your email address and phone number
Details of the items you ordered
Payment information (see “Payments” below — we do not store your full card number)

We use this information to process your order, arrange shipping, send order confirmations and shipping updates, handle returns, and comply with tax and record-keeping laws.

When You Create an Account

If you create an account on our Site, we store your name, email address, saved addresses, and your order history so you can check out faster and review past purchases. You can view or update your account information at any time by logging in, or ask us to delete your account by emailing us.

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

If you sign up for our email list — or check the marketing box at checkout — we send you occasional emails about new pieces, featured artists, and store events. We use Klaviyo, an email marketing service, to send these emails. Klaviyo stores your email address, name, and information about how you interact with our emails (such as opens and clicks) on our behalf.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; we will still send you transactional emails such as order confirmations.

Analytics

We use website analytics tools to understand how visitors use our Site — which pages are popular, how people find us, and where the Site can be improved. Analytics data includes your approximate location (city level), device and browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the Site. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Account information: kept until you ask us to delete your account.
